Every reply to your invitation lands in your own dashboard, and the table plan is built from it: no spreadsheet to keep in step, no copying names. It comes with every invitation, in the one price of €750.

What it does
Tables the way your venue has them
Round tables, long banquet tables, a top table facing the room or a sweetheart table for the two of you. Set how many seats each one has, add tables or take them away, and switch the whole room between layouts in one tap.
Seat everyone in minutes
Drag a name onto a table, or tap a name and then a table. Or let it seat everyone still waiting, a household at a time, so couples and families stay together. A full table says so, and nobody is ever lost: anyone without a seat stays on the list.
Files your venue can use
Download the plan as a picture to email or print, and as a CSV spreadsheet for the hotel: every guest with their table, meal, dietary needs and allergies, and notes such as a highchair.
Dietary needs, sorted for the kitchen
Each need, from coeliac to a nut allergy, with who has it and where they sit. Guests tell you themselves when they reply, so nothing is passed on by word of mouth.
Songs, ready for the DJ
Every song your guests asked for, the most wanted first, with who asked. Download it for the band or the DJ.
One guest list behind it all
Households, plus-ones, who is coming and who has still to reply, with a reminder for anyone who is late. The invitation, the replies, the table plan and the lists all read from the same list, so they always agree.
Questions about the table plan
How much does a Tying The Knot invitation cost?
€750, including VAT, for everything: the film, the invitation site, RSVPs, the travel planner, your dashboard and table plan, two rounds of changes and a year online. Add-ons such as a second language are optional and priced separately.
Where do our guests’ replies go?
Straight to your private dashboard, the moment each household sends theirs. It keeps one guest list with every reply, meal, dietary need and song request, shows who has still to answer, and lets you send them a reminder.
Is the table plan included?
Yes, at no extra cost. Choose round, long, top or sweetheart tables and how many seats each has, lay out the room, drag guests’ names onto tables or seat everyone by household, then download the plan as a picture and a CSV file for your hotel or venue.
Can our hotel or venue open the file?
Yes. The table plan downloads as a CSV file, which opens in Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers, with a row for each guest: their table, their party, their meal, any dietary needs or allergies, and notes such as a highchair. It also downloads as a picture you can email or print.
Do our guests see the table plan?
No. Your dashboard and table plan are private to the two of you. Guests see the invitation and their own reply, nothing else.
How many guests can sit at each table?
As many as your venue says. Round tables take 6 to 12 seats, long tables 6 to 16, a top table 2 to 12, and a sweetheart table is for the two of you. Change the number of seats at any table, add tables or take them away.
