Twelve wedding invitations you can open

Each one is a real, working invitation, made around one idea. They are examples, not templates: nobody picks one and fills in their names. Yours is made for the two of you, however you want it.

On the phone, Rachel & Mark. On the laptop, Laura & Conor, and on the desktop, Ellen & Pádraig. On a computer the film stands in the middle of the screen and the page carries on beneath it.

Examples, not templates

Made for you, not filled in

You tell us about your day, your venue and the feel you want, by typing or by voice note. Your film and your site are made from that, for you alone.

Borrow what you like

Love the painted map but want the colours of the printed suite? Say so. Take an idea from one, the look of another, and leave the rest.

Or something none of them do

A theme from where you met, a film of your own venue, your own words in your own order. If you can describe it, we can make it.

The order every invitation follows

However it looks, a guest meets the same things in the same order, so nobody has to hunt for the time of the ceremony or the way to reply. Each example tells it in its own way: Rachel & Mark’s turns it into the pages of an order of service, Fionn & Grace’s into buoys on a sea chart, Elena & Theo’s into chapters. Yours includes every part.

  1. The film

A few silent seconds made for your venue and your style. The guest taps to open it, and its last frame becomes the top of the page.

  2. Your invitation

Your names, the date and the place, set the way you would have them printed.

  3. A welcome, and the days to go

A few words from the two of you, a countdown, and one tap to put the day in a guest’s calendar.

  4. Where it is

The church, the venue and the way between them, with directions from wherever the guest is.

  5. The day

Every part of it with its time, from the ceremony to the last coach back.

  6. Getting there

The airports near you and the drive from each, with the way in drawn on a map.

  7. Where to stay and what to do

Rooms near the venue, and the places worth seeing while guests are there.

  8. Anything else you want to tell them

What to wear, your song, the area, a few useful phrases: as many or as few as you like.

  9. The reply

Each household answers in one go: who is coming, meals, dietary needs and a song each. It reaches your dashboard the moment it is sent.

Pick one to open

Each was made around one idea of its own. Open any of them on your phone, as a guest would, and reply to see how it feels.
